A German man is making headlines today after he used a saw to divide the possessions he once shared with his estranged wife in half, posting a video of his efforts on YouTube.
Using an electric saw (and some pretty intense precision) the man slices the property down the middle before giving his ex-wife her share and posting his for sale on Ebay.
Seriously, we can't make this stuff up.
The story first gained attention in a Reddit thread after one user posted a link to the man's Ebay page. And sure enough, the page includes items such as half a flat screen television, pick-up truck, bicycle, MacBook pro and even half of a teddy bear.

Ebay While it's unclear whether the video is some sort of hoax or if the former couple simply hates each other that much, the post has generated a number of comments from various Reddit users.

"I don't know how the laws work in Germany, but I think in the US, you're going to be in serious trouble if you destroy all of your common property to spite your ex-wife. You know, like you're going to end up paying for it all. That would take a lot of the humor out of it," one user wrote while another commented, "I'm so glad me and my ex weren't a--holes to each other during our divorce."

Currently, the video, uploaded by user "Der Juli," has received over 1.7 million views since it was first published on June 16.
On the bright side? The two seemingly didn't have kids.
