Ciara popped by the Tom Ford showroom to try on a few things, and stopped short at this velvet cut out dress from Ford’s Fall 2015 collection.
The dress was modeled under a patchwork jacket in the show.
Looking at it from the runway, I would’ve never plucked this piece for myself! But Cici serves.
