Just Wing It: Chanel's Intense Graphic Liner Look Made Easy—in 3 Steps!

Interested in looking like you just stepped off the set of Taylor Swift 's "Bad Blood" video? Round up your squad because it's about to go down.
This year at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, the makeup artists at Chanel took a rebellious turn with their makeup choice. With Kendall Jenner as her muse, celeb makeup artist Suzie Kim took this beauty look from the runway to the street—just for you! You're going to turn major heads when you take this with you to Vegas.

Step 1: When it comes to creating an eye look like this, you're going to work your way up. Oh, and remember to keep the rest of your eye nude for maximum statement-making purposes. To start, line your eye's inner waterline (the upper inside of your bottom lid) with any black eyeliner to set the tone. Then take either a liquid eyeliner pen or, in Suzie's case, Inglot AMC Eyeliner Gel and an angle brush to make your first line. "Start in the middle of your lash line then work your way outwards creating one big straight line. The beauty of this is there's no curve involved, so it's a simple motion," said Suzie. "If you're more adventurous, go ahead and keep a space in between your lash line and the line you've drawn with eyeliner. Otherwise, feel free to fill in the gap like I did."

Step 2: Started from the bottom liner, now you're here. Getting both eyes to be symmetrical can be tricky—hence why this is the most difficult part of the look. "Instead of putting the liner in your eye's crease, like you normally would, make a thin line just above and extend it up just before you hit the corner of your eye," said the guru. "Everyone's eye shape is different, so make sure you're really catering to yourself."

"The great part about drawing such thin lines is they're easy to redo. If you make a mistake, just stick a Q-Tip in your makeup remover and wipe it away gently." What mistake? Exactly.

Step 3: Now's the easy part—applying your lip stain. Suzie used Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Matte Lip Tar in Kava Kava, but really any peachy nude will do. "When you're dealing with lip stains, it's important to actually get it on the lips while they're still dry," said Suzie. "That allows it to really sink in and work its magic. You're then going to apply a matte balm."
