Drake Announces New Project ‘More Life’, Drops 4 New Songs

More Life
Drake is giving More Life to his fans.
A day ahead of his 30th birthday, the 6 God announced that he will be dropping a new project before the year is over.
More Life, which he describes as a “playlist” and not a mixtape, is due in December and will contain all original music. The cover art features a throwback photo of his father, Dennis Graham.
The announcement came during a special birthday episode of OVOSOUND RADIO on Sunday (Oct. 23), where Drake was also expected to premiere new music.

More Life marks Drake’s second project of 2016 following his chart-topping album Views, which dropped in April.
After wrapping the “Summer Sixteen Tour” earlier this month, Drake will launch “The Boy Meets World” European tour in January.
Moments after announcing his new project More Life, Drake dropped four new songs during Sunday’s special episode of OVOSOUND RADIO. Three of the tracks—”Two Birds, One Stone,” the London On Da Track-produced “Sneakin'” featuring 21 Savage, and “Fake Love” (produced by Vinylz and Frank Dukes)—are set to appear on the December release.
On “Two Birds,” the 6 God shouts out Lil Wayne (“Free C5“) and takes more shots at Kid Cudi, who blasted him on Twitter. “I like your old shit, but wasn’t in love with the latest,” he raps. “You were the Man on the Moon, now you just go through your phases.”
He also debuted a remix to Dave’s “Wanna Know.” The original song appears on the South London rapper’s debut EP Six Paths.
“One of the youngest from the U.K. that’s on a crazy, crazy wave,” said Drake of Dave. “Big up to him and his whole team.”
Drizzy, who turns 30 tomorrow, signed off by thanking his fans for their support. “Thank you for the birthday love,” he said.
