First Lady Michelle Obama accepted President Obama‘s challenge and showed him the five ways she moves.
In the video, the First Lady jumps, lifts and boxes with the help of Cornell McClellan, a member of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition.
So THAT’S how she gets those arms! She was really hitting that bag!
You remember when Beyonce showed us the five ways she moved. They both are just shaming us all the way to the gym and it’s working.
