"F--k being polite," indeed.
Hours after dropping his latest album At.Long.Last.A$AP one week ahead of the original June 2 release date, the 26-year-old rapper is already stirring up controversy thanks to a telling diss track titled "Better Things."
In the headline-making single from his third LP, the "Wild for the Night" musician slams both Rita Ora and Katy Perry and explicitly shares his apparent distain for the pop stars.
Although A$AP was never romantically linked to neither Ora nor Perry, the rapper makes no attempt to hide exactly who he's criticizing in his NSFW lyrics (the following lyrics may contain language offensive to some).
Oh, and there's more:
"I kissed the d--e chick and I liked it/F--king each and every Katy Perry for the night bitch," he says (around the 1 minute 15 second mark).
While it's nothing new for a rapper to spit disses in a song, Rocky's insults have come as a surprise to many as his connection to the two pop stars remains unclear.
In addition to the release of his third studio album, A$AP recently opened up to The New York Post about his recreational drug use and wild sexual exploits.
"Makonnen gave me acid at SXSW. This n---a looked like Buddha with a Jheri curl! After that, I went back to my mansion and f--ked nine chicks. It was pretty rad. That's a true story," he shared.
He added: "My first tour was with Kendrick Lamar and Drake. I lost my virginity when I was 13, I f--ked loads of women by the time I was 18. This s--t ain't nothing new to me."
