Michael Jackson's former sprawling California estate, Neverland Ranch, is being listed at $100 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The 2,700-acre property, which is now known as Sycamore Valley Ranch, includes a 50-seat theater, two lakes and a train station, but the more over-the-top amenities, including a zoo and small amusement park, have been removed. Per the listing agents, the elephant and orangutans are gone, but a llama remains on the property.
The "Thriller" singer originally paid $19.5 million for it in 1988 and renamed the sprawling ranch Neverland in honor of Peter Pan's island home. Jackson later added his outrageous amenities. The "Billy Jean" crooner lived in the house for 15 years before financial issues plagued him. He defaulted on a $24.5 million loan, which forced him to seek out a real estate investment firm to enter into a joint venture.

But he ultimately stayed away from his beloved home after his 2005 acquittal on charges that he molested children on the property. The ranch proved to be too much of an adventure land when a 15-year-old boy was injured in an ATV accident in 2004.
The teen was riding the all-terrain vehicle when it flipped over due to a flat tire. Jackson wasn't home at the time of the accident, but paramedics airlifted the boy to a nearby hospital. At the time, Jackson was also accused of conspiracy to kidnapping in addition to his molestation charges.
