Last week we lusted over off-the-shoulder tops, and this week we’re eyeing the sister style: the one-shoulder design. Exposing a single shoulder gained traction in the early aughts, but its 2017 counterpart is both more evolved and more stylish, showing up on a plethora of designs from a myriad of designers.
