Angela Simmons’s New York City Itohan Powder Blue Neoprene Dress and Biker Jacket.

Angela’s stylist, who divulged that the dress and jacket were by Itohan (website is Itohan.co).
The pieces are not available as yet online, though they’re sold at a store called Glamour Girl in LA. You can also get price and buying info by e-mailing the designer at itohanla@gmail.com.
