Visionaire and Gap Collaborate on Final Installment of ART Collection at Frieze Art Fair London.

Fashion and art magazine Visionaire has collaborated with the Gap on an art infused collection of t-shirts and crew necks to celebrate their 45th anniversary. The fourth and final limited-edition ART collection will be unveiled at Frieze London gallery October 15th through the 18th.




The screen printed fashion sweaters and t-shirts display select artwork from Visionaire‘s archives; think Italian photographer Massimo Vitali‘s famous beach prints. Other featured works include a photo of a hunter from famous fashion photographer Steven Klein, collage artist Marco Brambilla‘s Sambadrome, an illuminated silhouette by artist/photographer Christopher Bucklow, French artists Pierre & Gilles’ Medusa, and an image of a cobra by photographer Catherine Chalmers.

The collection will feature prints from 10 more artists, including Alicja Kwade, Anna Blessman & Peter Saville, Cai- Guo Qiang, David Armstrong, Diana Vreeland, Glenn Brown, Greg Foley, Ruben Toledo, and Sharon Ellis. This final collection will add 15 new pieces to the 30 from the two previous collaborations.


All 45 items will be displayed in an interactive and unique exhibit in a dedicated lounge at Frieze Art Fair in London.  If you just so happen to be in town on the 15th-18th, check it out for yourself!
