After 38 years, Jean Paul Gaultier has decided to shutter his ready to wear businesses. While the designer will continue to design haute couture and accessories as well as perfumes and collaborations, both the men’s and women’s ready to wear lines of his label will be closed. Gaultier cited “commercial constraints, as well as the frenetic pace of collections” as his reasons. (Vogue UK)
