Fashion Scoop: LaQuan Smith Makes Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30, Three Bloggers Cover Lucky’s February 2015 Issue, and Coach To Buy Stuart Weitzman.

  • Were you ever a fan of C. Wonder? Well, we’ve got some bad news: the company is closing all of its remaining stores and its website within the next few weeks. Long considered to be a knock off of Tory Burch, the loss won’t likely weigh heavily on the minds of the industry. (Elle)

  • As another move into high fashion and the luxury market, Coach is set to buy Stuart Weitzman to compete more directly with brands like Michael Kors and Kate Spade. The firm is prepared to pay about $530 million to Sycamore Partners and up to $4 million additionally. (Business of Fashion)
