Beyoncé Plans to Slow Down Grammy Performance Due to Pregnancy

Beyoncé
With the Grammys just days away, Beyoncé is in rehearsals for Music’s Biggest Night. But just how will her pregnancy affect the performance?

TMZ reports that Queen Bey, who is “very pregnant” with twins, will have to “dramatically” slow down her usual energetic pace. “She’ll be taking it easier than normal,” according to the source.
The 35-year-old superstar is reportedly making constant changes to her set due to her pregnancy and insiders say she might not lock in the performance until Saturday night.
An “elaborate” digital screen will reportedly be used, with hopes “that will cover the slower pace onstage.” Cameos are also expected during her set from undisclosed artists.
News of Beyoncé’s Grammy performance leaked last week, but an official announcement has yet to be made. The singer leads the pack with nine nominations this year for her critically-acclaimed album LEMONADE.
In addition to Bey, the 59th Annual Grammy Awards is set to feature performances by Chance the Rapper, Adele, John Legend, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, Alicia Keys, Chance the Rapper, A Tribe Called Quest, and more. Hosted by James Corden, the show will air live on Sunday, Feb. 12, at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
In April, Beyoncé is expected to headline back-to-back weekends at Coachella. Although questions about her ability to do so have come up, Queen Bey currently has no intention of canceling the gigs.
