Fashion Deets: Essence’s Black Women in Music Event Featuring Erykah Badu in Ashi Studio, Tiwa Savage in Yousef Akbar, Serayah in Faith Connexion, and More!
Artists are getting their lives in LA, and kicked off Grammy weekend festivities with the Essence Black Women in Music celebration. The black carpet was fabulous defined! Let’s take a look:
Essence EIC Vanessa de Luca kicked off the festivities in a purple jumpsuit and cape combo.

Lastly, Erykah Badu didn’t come to play! She slayed in an Ashi Studio gown. Hot!
