Happy Monday, all! What a weekend it’s been! The Golden Globes festivities came to a close this morning. But of course i have some behind the scenes pics of some of the most fashion forward celebs letting their hair down at the InStyle Magazine and Warner Brothers After Party. Netflix and The Weinstein Company also threw a huge bash to celebrate. From selfies with Hollywood’s heavy hitters to red carpet moments, i’ve got this covered. Let’s take a look at who had our pulses fluttering with their sartorial excellence!
First up is this fearless foursome of Netflix’s Orange Is The New Black. Laura Prepon skewed gothic romance in her Christian Siriano gown. Uzo Aduba sparkled in Randi Rahm. Danielle Brooks put those curves on display in Carmen Marc Valvo. And Taylor Schilling was ravishing in red Ralph Lauren. Everyone was all smiles and looked beautiful, but I have to agree with Faith’s sentiments on Danielle’s dress. had the length been a little longer, I would’ve loved it. Sidebar: Where was Laverne Cox? We missed her!
Get into ALL of this Black excellence! Gabrielle Union, Tracee Ellis-Ross and Regina Hall (who caved and finally created an Instagram account) gave absolute FACE in an ussie during InStyle’s fete. Regina in that white lace… perfection.
Rita Ora sidled up to Georgina Chapman of Marchesa and Jennifer Lopez for a very cute snapshot. Aren’t they gorgeous?
And speaking of Marchesa, Katie Holmes slipped on a plum colored strapless number from the house. A sleek side ponytail and very minimal accessories pulled this look together to make it as effortless as possible.
Va-VOOM! Khloe Kardashian came out of wardrobe with her guns blazing…or should I say gams? The celebutante chose a black Theia dress with a thigh-grazing slit, Christian Louboutin ‘Un Bout’ Pumps and Lorraine Schwartz jewels. Her hair and makeup? I think Nicki Minaj sang it best: #prettyonfleek
Are the rest of you couple crushing like I am? The sassy Chrissy Teigen and her talented beau John Legend (who won a Globe last night) looked spectacular at last night’s affair. Her Zuhair Murad gown was everything to behold.
Admit it. Rich Kids of Beverly Hills has to be a guilty pleasure for some of you readers. The cast looked as dazzling as ever. The guys looked crisp, and EJ Johnson is looking TRIM! And that navy blazer is everything! Morgan Stewart and Roxy Sowlaty kept things simple with more of a neutral palette. Dorothy Wang looked regal in a black Nina Ricci gown, wouldn’t you say?
Pardon me as I swoon over the inexplicably handsome and talented Matt Bomer, who won his first Golden Globe award last night. Yay! E! Fashion Police host Brad Goreski said navy would’ve been a huge red carpet trend at the awards, but he never hinted the men would take heed. Matt donned a perfectly tailored Ralph Lauren tux and immediately captured my vote for best dressed male.
And on the tamer side of Tinsletown, Michelle Williams was on The View this morning looking prim and proper in a pinkish Alaïa ensemble. Doesn’t she give FLOTUS realness here?
Lilly Ghalichi is surely living it up in Dubai. She didn’t go full glam since she visited a mosque, but we spied that $1,550 YSL Tassel Clutch.
Last, but not least, is Vanderpump Rules’ Scheana Marie, who was snapped at Benchwarmer Winter Wonderland toy drive. Stylist Ali Levine slipped her into a red mesh and lace applique $418 Forever Unique dress, a Like Dreams clutch and jewelry by DMimi (Ali’s new jewelry line). Well put together, especially her hair and makeup. I like!
