This Is 48: JLo’s Beauty Regimen Revealed! 48 has never looked better. With that glowing (poreless) skin, breathtaking bod, and luscious locks, JLo has reached unearthly aspirational results when it comes to maintaining youthful looks, so i went on a hunt to get the details to her age-defying beauty regimen.  Here’s what JLo recommends for slaying it at 48 and beyond!

The Hair

JLo scores those effortlessly balayaged locks courtesy of hairstylist to the stars, Tracey Cunningham. Tracey works with the creme de la creme, including stars such as the Kardashians and Charlize Theron.   Treat yourself at her L.A.-based salon, Meche Salon.
The Body
JLo keeps that infamous booty toned and lifted, well into her late 40’s,  with a combination of dance cardio and weight resistance training sessions curated by celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

The Skin
Jennifer reported to Redbook that she stays away from all booze and caffeine, and insists on a lot of greens to keep the glow alive: “We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, brussel sprouts, broccoli, and kale.” She also attributes the health of her skin to a committed beauty sleep regimen:  10 hours a night, plus 20 minutes of meditation every day.

JLo keeps her body moisturized with the luxurious face cream, Creme de La Mer Moisturizing Cream ($85). Perhaps not affordable for all of us, but it obviously works so it may be worth the pretty penny.

The Soul
But her biggest beauty secret is available to all of us. It’s kindness: “I always used to hear this saying, until you’re about 25 or 30, you get the face God gave you,” she told Today. “After that, you get the face you deserve. And I always kind of thought, well I better be nice.”
