Last night’s People’s Choice Awards wowed us with its whimsical fashion and otherworldly beauty. From the on-trend bordeaux lip on Ruby Rose to the peachy perfection of PCAs winner Priyanka Chopra, we’re loving the beauty of award season.
Celebrity makeup artist for Laura Mercier, Pati Dubroff, created the fresh-faced, feminine fierceness for Quantico actress Priyanka, reminding us that spring is just around the corner.
Here’s how to recreate the the look, straight from Pati’s beauty arsenal:
SKIN PREP:
Pati prepped Priyanka’s skin with Sisley Black Rose Precious Face Oil ($235), Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask ($162), and finished it off with a spritz of Sisley Floral Mist Spray ($100).
FACE:
Priyanka’s glowing complexion is thanks to Laura Mercier Candleglow Soft Luminous Foundation in Praline ($48), Laura Mercier Custom Contour Compact ($40), and Laura Mercier Candleglow Sheer Perfecting Powder Shade 5 ($38) to set the skin. These eyes are all about warmth. “The orange-toned hues warmed up the eye and created a very soft look,” said Pati. She layered shades from the Viseart Eyeshadow Palette ($80) and topped off the look with bold lashes, courtesy of Laura Mercier Long Lash Mascara ($26).
LIPS:
The strong-yet-feminine lip compliments the flirty, strapless gown. Pati opted for Laura Mercier’s Velour Lovers Lip Colour in Fantasy ($28) to achieve this red carpet-worthy pinky-coral pout.
